Who We Are

Founded in 1995, New England Outsourcing, Inc. started from a spare room inside a New Hampshire residence with a goal of keeping the word personnel in our mission. We pride ourselves on being personnel oriented as opposed to inundating customers with sales tactics, literature and pieces of paper destined for a shredder!

We have a caring staff consisting of veteran personnel counselors with over 30 years combined experience. Many of our corporate directors possess advanced personnel and business administration degrees from classic educational institutions recognized around the globe. Our backgrounds come from the disciplines we work in daily, and we strive to make the best match of a candidate to a company culture.

We have formed powerful strategic alliances with professional associations throughout greater Boston, allowing us access to candidates and clients with technological advances and great opportunities.

We recruit candidates on a continual basis and follow up with former employees placed with clients. We always ask: "Who do you know?" in our continual effort to find employees with that hard to find skill set. We source candidates through innovative educational and cultural efforts and have always kept this standard our priority.
